Terms of Service

This is a starting template describing our current practices, pending review by qualified legal counsel. It is not a substitute for professional legal advice.

1. Authorized use only

The Alpha Star TMS is an internal operations system provided by Alpha Star Trucking LLC for use by its authorized staff and drivers only. Access is granted by invitation/allowlist. Creating an account, sharing credentials with, or granting access to anyone outside the company is not permitted.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the system only to conduct legitimate company business, and not to:

  • Attempt to access data, loads, or records outside your assigned role.
  • Enter false or intentionally inaccurate dispatch, billing, or compliance information.
  • Interfere with the system's operation or attempt to bypass its security controls.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify the company immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Data accuracy

Dispatch, billing, and compliance records in the system (loads, rates, settlements, invoices, driver qualification, and vehicle maintenance data) are used to run company operations and satisfy DOT/FMCSA recordkeeping obligations. Enter information accurately and promptly correct errors you become aware of.

5. Ownership

All data entered into or generated by the system — loads, broker and invoice records, settlements, compliance records, and related business data — is owned by Alpha Star Trucking LLC. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that data to any individual user.

6. Access may be revoked

Alpha Star Trucking LLC may suspend or revoke access to the system at any time, including on termination of employment or engagement, or for a suspected violation of these terms.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The system is provided "as is," on a best-effort basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Star Trucking LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the system.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
